I'm Ritika.
I had undiagnosed ADHD until I was 30, despite years of working with mental health professionals. It was during my Master's in Somatic Psychology, while presenting on neurodivergence, that the pieces finally came together. I got tested shortly after, ADHD positive.
I was that kid with unlimited energy, running in the field for two hours with more to spare. Early potential across everything, yoga, chess, harmonium, skating, swimming, karate. I loved school, got lost in books for hours, was a highly engaged learner when the topic interested me, and came home with prizes from activities I never went back to.

As an adult, the core pattern has remained the same. Three to four big activities at a time, deeply embedded in the community, always learning, always moving, a good meal or a great song doesn't just stay a meal or a song, it turns into a high definition experience.
I've also lived the shadow side of undiagnosed ADHD and paid for it dearly. Thousands of instances of personal and institutional rejection. Anxiety, depression, burnout from masking, emotional dysregulation, trouble staying consistent, and feeling deeply misunderstood and lonely.

A little about me.
Before I had language or understanding around any of this, I spent my twenties across two continents, social entrepreneurship, VC-backed startups, four years managing a 400 people team at my family's manufacturing company, 2,000+ hours teaching yoga and facilitating expressive arts therapy, including with neurodivergent children and in hospital settings, and TA’ing and mentoring in Higher Education.
Most recently, I coordinated a nature-based programme for middle schoolers, where I saw firsthand how ADHD and autism show up in a real classroom.

What I Understand
I understand chronic lateness. Last-minute cancellations. Being overwhelmed by the smallest tasks while staying completely calm in chaos. Time blindness, hyperfocus, scattered focus. Shame, self-blame, and being too hard on yourself.
I also understand feeling overwhelmed from excitement and not being able to self-regulate.
I know what it feels like to do work that deadens you, and what it feels like when work lights your brain up. How consistency suddenly becomes possible when the conditions are right, and how hard it is to stay consistent when they aren't. I know how things fall apart without the right support, and how much you can thrive when it's there.
I've paid the price of being a direct communicator and turned into a people pleaser because of it. I understand validation seeking, taking unnecessary risks, and impulsive spending.
I also understand how ADHD symptoms rise and fall alongside hormonal fluctuations across the menstrual cycle, something that's rarely talked about.
My experience of ADHD is lived, embodied, and deeply felt. There's a way to harness it to your advantage, I've seen what understanding, compassion, and repatterning your thoughts can do. I want that for you too.
Let's build you a life that you actually feel good about.
